Southwest Pain Management - Dr. Philip Morgan, MD and Associates

Wasted time... Had an appointment to see the MAIN doctor as always they don't tell you when it's time for your appointment then walks in assisant or some type of unreal doctor and tells me that this place wasn't for me after reading the notes day before...they could have called me on the phone...but no...they do this on purpose so they can charge the insurance to show that they did some work but didn't do nothing as always ... they charge for the quick appointment...im the only one that notices and the insurance company complain about paying ridiculously then they should do some reviews about the doctors they approve

I have been going here for years, it helps me immensely! When I first started going I could hardly walk , now if I'm in motion I can go double what I could before. All 3 doctors are great and they listen to you to find what is wrong. Very thorough.

I went here for pain at first Dr Bridgett gave me a patch told her after a couple of months that I still had pain & the patch was leaving a scar? I still have the marks where the patch was ( don't know if it was an allergic reaction). She acted like I was a drug addict looking for meds. She change my meds to hydrocodone acetaminophen I'm still in a lot of pain let her know at my appt today. Again she said I can't give you OxyContin. Told her who ask for that. She said she tried to help. Acted like I was some drugs addict. So because I wasn't pleasant because I was in pain. She said what do you want me to do & I told her to relieve some pain. She said she tried & because I'm in pain & not happy she is looking for another pain management doctor. So if you have legit pain & you want help & not be treated like a drug addict looking for drugs instead of a patient with medical issues looking for some help with pain. This is not the place for you. Cecilia & Dr Morgan are awesome.

Dr Morgan is the best pain doctor. He listens and directly starts treating the problem. He is the only pain doctor in Los Angeles thus far who takes the time to be a doctor. Thank you Dr Morgan you couldnt fix me but you gave me integrity and hope.
