Blink Nail Spa

The salon is really cute, but not the best service. The last time I got a pedi, the polish started bubbling after a few days..a week later its noticeably bad and when I called to see if they could fix it they told me they cant but told me their policy is that I have to call within 7 days..which I did, but they still wont fix it. I also did the callus treatment both times Ive gone and each time there wasnt a difference..Ive had callus treatments at other salons where they spend more time doing the treatment and could tell a major difference. Wouldnt recommend, but I hope they can work on providing a better experience and quality because the place itself is a vibe!

Staff was very unprofessional. I was the only customer in the place and it felt like I was a burden. Most staff were on their phones. Another staff was on speaker phone with her bank disputing a fee on her account. My nail tech took almost 2 hours for basic bio gel. She also cut my skin several times. When I went to pay, I showed a 10% discount they had on their website if you come in on weekdays between 10am and 3pm (I came in at 2pm) and they did not reward the discount because it is "old" even though I showed them exactly where it is on their active site. I will not be returning to this salon.
