I have given Lina, (the owner) several opportunities to do better. I go to Lina when Im in town because shes the only one who does mega volume lashes in the valley and thats the look I prefer. However, after my very last visit Ive had enough. First off, Lina doesnt clean your lashes when she starts on you whether its a fill or a fresh set. Shes not personable, never wants to be friendly and chat, and not only that, but she doesnt offer a wand once she rushes through and finishes you! You literally have to ask her for one when shes done, and she gives it to you without a cover and acts as if she has an attitude by doing so. She doesnt even wipe her chair after each client during this pandemic. Finally, I know Lina prefers cash, and this particular day I only had enough cash on me for a mega fill, not a mega volume full set. She insisted that I needed a new set so I asked her if I could instead get a regular volume set since thats all the cash I had, and she then told me that she doesnt do regular volume. However, regular volume is very much advertised on her website as an option. To make matters worse, right after she lied to me regarding this, another client paid her for their lashes which was the price of the volume set that I had seen online So basically she lies to get money and shes in it for the money not for clientele! Do yourself a favor and try LASH HYPE LA! Do not go to Lina as she is ungrateful, untrustworthy and treats her clientele like they need her and she doesnt need them. Horrible customer service. Not to mention the amount of natural lashes that just came out when one lash extension fell out bc she attached them to 5 instead of 1 like most techs. Because she rushes to make money.
