This real estate transaction proved to be exceptionally challenging, prolonged, and intricate, involving two loans, one of which was from the city. At a certain point, the seller grew so frustrated that she contemplated canceling the contract, as the 45-day escrow stretched nearly to 70+ days. However, it was Ron's relentless dedication and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience that made all the difference. His constant reassurance, tireless efforts, and ongoing communication with the city authorities eventually persuaded my seller client to persevere. Finally, success was achieved.
