The Mac Mortgage Team at Guaranteed Rate was just awesome during the whole process of buying a house. We started looking in April 2021 and finally closed in January 2022. Throughout this whole time, Merica and the Mac Mortgage Team was extremely helpful and really made everything incredibly easy and stress free for us. Anytime we had questions or needed to speak with someone, we would get a response almost instantly. I dont have a single bad thing to say about this team. We really appreciate all the hard work they did for us and wouldnt go back to change a single thing! I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a loan to buy a house, you wont be disappointed!

I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Mac mortgage for my refinance. My situation was unique, however Merica was patient, responsive, and gained my trust. She followed through as promised consistently and communicated every step of the way.. she was helpful to facilitate the process and see it through. Merica is gold standard, I highly recommend her.

Mac Mortgage is fantastic! I have been trying to get a loan for a property in Playa Vista and was having issues getting approved. Ron got me approved for a loan and fast. I could not recommend anyone better.

The best and I would tell everyone to use. Wanted to buy a place bell canyon, and Wells Fargo chase all those denied me never gave me a loan. Theyd lead me on for weeks to tell me I cant do it. Merica helped me the most she would call and make sure I was taken care of. Sent the letters to the agent and organized my income from tax stuff and got me the loan. Ended up buying in calabasas a better home. A lot of times its stressful dealing with this stuff Im not any good with it but they made it so easy for me and helped me a ton. Using them now for investment purchase again and we are approved :)
