Tri County Insurance Services

Very disappointing experience. I called the office of Tri County Insurance asking for a quote. I was asked to email my information, which I did the same day. After waiting for two days I called the office to inquire about the quote, three days passed still there was no quote. I was told to wait two more days and they will have an answer for me. To get that answer I had to call several time and the person I needed to talk to was either unavailable or out for lunch at 3pm. I took their answer and waited two more days. Today I called the office and the person was not available after learning who the caller was. Then I realized I have a email saying that they can't not help me. If you couldn't help me why you didn't say it from the first day. This is very unprofessional. Any way I am glad I don't have to work with you at all. But at least be more professional.

Vanessa responded to my inquiry very quickly. I was very pleased with her taking action so quickly. I wish there were people who reacted the way she did.
