    Want someone who truly understands how the human bodies physiology works. My neck, knees, and wrist have become much better then when I first started, just a few months ago. My neck was so bad, that I could no longer wear a collared shirt for years. Not only am I able to wear my close again, but they actually fit. The covid weight, I gained is complete gone. I also suffer from Osgood-Schlatter Disease. My knees would feel tremendous pain, just from kneeling onto the floor. Not only can I kneel now, but I can better absorb impacts from jumps. My TFFC injury on my wrist is also way better. Words can't explain how much better it is not to be in pain all the time. You people out there, especially people with bulging discs in NECK and back, don't lose hope. Take it from me, neck injuries suck really bad. I highly suggest giving Mr. Farid a try.

    Farid is great! We had him lead a Wim Hof breathing exercise for a corporate retreat of 15 people. Everyone had a great time and felt very comfortable with Farid. Would definitely recommend.

    I was referred to Farid from a friend after complaining of pain in lower back and sciatica. First session Farid focused on were my pain was located and what actions aggravated it. He is super focused on your body movements and readjusting you to make sure your form is perfect. After just 2 sessions my pain was reduced to almost being gone. He is the first person that has been able to help me. I still do the exercises and stretches he gave me and I am still pain free. Life changing experience; wish I would had found him sooner.
