My experience has been 1st class all the way. With so many choices of exchanges and IRAs, many of which are shady, CoinIRA was an excellent choice. This decision to invest in crypto was not an easy one but CoinIRA walked me through each step and even called after hours to reassure me that the process was working and helped me make my first trades. Ive only been with them for a little over a week but they are experts in the crypto field and understand that security and fees are top of mind to the customer and they have no problem answering the hard questions and made me feel very comfortable in the investing and security process.

I have evaluated a number of crypto IRAs. Coin IRA's customer guidance is far superior to any other. The specialist I dealt with, Antonio Di Cristo, is much more than a sales person. He is knowledgeable about both crypto and IRAs, forthright, responsive, and follows through on individual customer needs.
