Hannah M. Karp Wiefel, MD

Dr. Karp has been my doctor for the last 4 years. She is amazing. She is professional very thorough. She runs test that I convey I would like done. She has referred me to specialist and my health has improved so much. She is compassionate and really caring. I have read some negative reviews about her and I think some people may confuse someone being serious or professional as rude. Dr. Karp was also my mother’s doctor. I will forever be grateful to her. She listed to my mom mothers complaints when so many other doctors hadn’t, and was able to diagnose her correctly after so many years of ailment. Thanks to Dr. Karp my mom is able to finally get the care she needs. Thank you Dr. Karp!

She's just ok. I went for my annual physical and she was just checking my chart on the computer the whole time while asking me questions, but she hardly looked at me. She looked tired while it was only around 10am. She checked my throat and then my back and chest with her stethoscope and that's it. She didn't check my skin, my breast and neck for any lump, my stomach, my nails, etc. Nothing. It just felt like she didn't want to touch me at all so when I mentioned that I needed a refill of my Rx for my toenail fungus, she just glanced at my toes 😂but like seriously? My old doctor wore gloves and checked my toenails last year and it wasn't even the worst case. She even noted on the report that they were white, not yellow. It was just a very different experience from my previous doctor who had sadly retired from this same facility. Dr. Karp seemed like she had no energy at all and was just forcing herself to be there. And when I messaged her on the portal about something that was bothering me after my visit, she did not respond to my message, or call me. My old doctor always did. She asked a staff instead to call me and asked me to come in the next day and when I went, I realized that I was referred to their Urgent Care there so I just walked away. I was still waiting and hoping that she'd reply to my message or call me but when she didn't, I decided to go to a different and much better doctor instead after 4 days. Omg it was like night and day. I was very disappointed so I had to write this review. Needless to say, I do not recommend Dr. Karp.

I have been so pleased with Dr. Karp. Not only is she a great doctor, but she is a parent as well and really treats your child the way she would treat her own. I have always had good experiences with her and felt like she listened to me and my concerns, and always extremely thorough with her exams. Highly recommend.

The worst experience ever. It seems that she was forced to be a doctor. She is rude. She has zero passion for what she does. No bedside manners.

Dr Karp was very nice to me. She gave me all the information I need, and was very smart. She is so direct, she will explain to you why things are bad or good. Totally what I need from a doctor. Also the nurse who assist me with my physical was very nice as well, so great team work! I’m totally going back to Dr. Karp.
