My experience has been terrible so far. I bought a present for someone in there and asked for a gift receipt in case they wanted to exchange or return it. At no point someone mentioned they didnt offer any refunds. When I asked if I could return one item out of 3, someone in store said they would make an exception. When I went back on my 3rd time with the item to return, they said they couldnt do the return because their system cant accept a return. If you have ever operated a merchant account, thats just plain dishonesty. I was told to email them, I have yet to receive a follow up on my request. While I would like to support small businesses, I dont think this is one I recommend due to their poor system and customer service.

Have supported DETH months after their inception and was amazed to finally see their storefront after I moved out to LA. The store lay out is navigable, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the purpose behind DETH is one that is only going to get bigger and bigger. Go for it!!
