Absolutely terrible location. Wouldnt take walk-ins and was told they couldnt help me even though I was in some pain. Ive been to other locations many times before and had my neck cracked for the same reason without any issues.

Showed up at 5:30. They were already closed even though they claim to be open until 7. This place is a chain with a revolving door of employees. Honestly, I havent felt safe with any of the Drs, I only got sucked into it through my minimal relief I gained from committed plan.

I must highlight Dr. Ivan as the best Dr. Ive had in a long time at The Joint! I am beyond grateful for all the adjustments and care hes given me over the last few weeks. I do a lot of office work and my neck and back are always under stress / pressure. Every single time I come in I feel like a reset button is pressed and I can go about my week feeling brand new. Dr. Ivan is kind, and has great bedside manner, takes his time and makes sure you are listed to. Thank you Dr. Ivan!

Drove up there to be told they arent accepting new patients today bc they have spotty internet. Whatever that means. Im sure the owner of the place would never want an employee to turn down a new customer, or turn down money. Wont be back here. First impressions are sometimes the last
