Golden Garden Wok in Los Angeles

Guy there is a a-hole for no reason. I didn't say anything while there, but he's rude and very pushy. Like if he's having a bad day. I was actually concerned about my food in the manner that it was prepared.

I wanted to try this place as it's close to my house. I ordered Kung pao chicken, fried rice chicken and crab wonton. I have to say I'm disappointed. My kung pao is burnt and bland there's no flavor and no sauce. My chicken fried rice was bland and tasteless. I'm a corporate chef for several Chinese restaurants in Southern California so I know a thing or 2 about Chinese food. I don't mean to upset you but word of advice. You guys need to focus on food execution and have flame and temperature control. Food is the number 1 most important thing about a restaurant. The worst Chinese food Ive ever had. I threw it away. Tasteless and full of fat parts inside instead of chicken. Service was as good as the food. First and last time.
