Gary is wonderful. He is a fantastic CPA. He has been doing my taxes for years and most importantly he has saved my ass several times due to my mistakes.  It runs in the family....my son also trusts Gary with his finances and due to his mistakes Gary has saved his butt too. I have sent many friends to him and they are all very happy. Cher is the lovely lady who manages the office, answers the phones, and most of your questions. Unfortunately, Gary has missed the IRS deadline to file my tax return and stopped responding to my emails. I had to use TurboTax to file my tax return late. I submitted my documents to Gary on March 30, 2022 (20 days before the IRS deadline). I understand it's a busy season for a CPA, but Gary has confirmed that he will complete my taxes on time and accepted the job. I called or emailed the office once a week to enquire about my return, every time Gary or his secretary would say they were still working on my taxes, and it would be complete shortly. After the IRS deadline passed, they stopped responding to my emails, I had to file my return late using TurboTax.

Awful experience. Does he or his team even care to do your taxes. Not enough to do it timely.
