If you book here, it doesn't mean you will have your car. They might say "We don't have anything for you" So, that means you have to cancel all your plans for that day. Too risky too reserve your vehicle here. Also, I washed their cars because they were too dirty and one tire had only 22' air in it, so I had to pump air before going on freeway. They charge extra a tourist fee, even if your are a resident!!!! No good!!!

Super disappointed. I reserved a car two days ago to go to surgeon office , but when I arrived Pandora says she has no cars for me despite that the whole parking lot is full of cars. They want to release it to someone who booked it for a week or for greater price. As a regular customer who already spent close to 3 k on rent at this facility since July, I am outrageous how low this customer service is. Pandora can be extremely rude too. Some cars are so dirty I had to wash them. And when you complain to company about it , they will add you to a black list. Do not rent here unless you want to be stuck and miss all your appointments. Go to other good rentals!!!!! This company and service dont care about you

Called on a Saturday (spoke to Pandora) to reserve a car. Was able to pick up In a couple of hours. Car was super clean, almost new (less than 10k miles), easy process. Perk was able to return on a Sunday. Definitely will use again.
