Where do I begin First of all its more like a pets hotel dogs are everywhere Im not against the dogs Im against that they never cleaned after there dogs. The curtesy car charger at the building is only one and there is so many Tesla cars owners dont understand the word of sharing a car charger and I have a chance to charge maybe once a month or maybe more and once I got a chance to charge I totally forgot my car at charge over night and my car got towed with no Curtesy CALl From Management or even the overnight security when they have all our information and they didnt toe and kept at the building since we are living tenants no they towed the car to another far location and we have to pay $400 to release it. The calm and quiet hours at any luxury apartments building is from 9 am to 6 am or 7 am and our beloved upstairs neighbor start their activities like running and jumping and moving furniture all night starts at 11 pm to early morning and the management did nothing about it to resolve this issue they offered us to move tho :D .
