Although I once frequented this place and thought it was amazing, their true colors ended up showing through, so I need to update my previous 5-star review. First, I want to say I loved Bern, one of the massage therapists. I went to him very often and loved him and thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. He ended up leaving the business, which is another reason I would not have gone back here. But the main reason I did not go back is because of the receptionist Luisa, and then how Dr. Toni handled her atrocious attitude. I considered both of them great people and friends. However, I ended up finding out Luisa thought I was just a "privileged white girl" the entire time. She went on a rant all about me on her Instagram account after writing me nasty messages privately. I was nothing but so nice to her because I thought she was a genuine friend (and I didn't have many at the time), but behind my back she just looked at me through judgmental, racist glasses.I brought all of this to Dr. Toni's attention and sent her screenshots of Luisa's personal messages to me along with her public Instagram post about me. Dr. Toni first just ignored what happened all together. Then she tried to laugh it off. Then she told me I can just come in when "Luisa isn't working." I ended all contact after that. I was not about to give my money to a business who bullies their clients online and allows that bullier to continue to work for them.It makes me sad because this place was a safe haven to me for years. I spent thousands of dollars there, all for them to just be judging me behind my back the entire time, and when I thought they genuinely cared for our relationship.If you can, find somewhere else who genuinely appreciates and cares for their clients and doesn't berate them on social media.

My wife and I have been coming here for well over 15 years. Toni and her staff are awesome and she has a wide range of therapy options to address all my aches and pains. She really knows how to put your body right, so you can go back to work or play.

Showed up to the appointment time after confirming it the night before (I had to confirm btw because nobody called to verify) when my daughter arrived she told her she had the wrong date and wouldn't honor the appointment time. Terrible and the office is not nice. I don't recommend this business at all. And it says tips appreciated at a dr office. And the reply below is false. I asked if I needed to be there w my daughter and she said no. I also was 5 mins away from the office and could of been there to sign the paper work. The dr double booked herself and sent my daughter away because she screwed up scheduling even after a later night confirmation of the appointment time.

Dr Toni and her staff are amazing. Dr Toni is an amazing healer, and she has such a big heart. She is very keen about making sure the surrounding muscles are relaxed after a massage, and then she gives me my adjustment. This office has treated me like the VIP I am since day one, creating a peaceful, loving, and fun environment in the office.  I know I am in good hands at healing hands wellness center.

Caution: The 1-Star is for all of your staff being extremely friendly and some of the nicest people you'll meet in LA.     I spent over $1,000 receiving treatment here for a knee injury.  Top 3 biggest regrets of my life.  Toni is very nice but her method of using percussion massage and electro-currents was only providing a temporary band-aid towards my pain, not a solution.  My meniscus tear turned into a horrible knee valgus that I am still not completely recovered from 8 months later.   Any person with medical knowledge would have me immobilize with a brace and crutches after seeing me hop into their office.   She has lots of regulars, which I understand some ages you can only do so much, so massage isn't the worst treatment but a good Dr would provide a permanent solution.   Why did she recommend 5 session package deep tissue massage for someone with injury???   Crazy now that I look back.  He pressed so hard on my quad near knee that it swelled showing up bright green on a later MRI. Then he dug in between my feet so hard that I lost my arch for 4 months.  This directly caused more damage to my knee as now my ankle was pronating and leg rotating internally ripping at previously healed tear.   To make matters worse he squeezed so hard on my f'ing neck that I had suicidal headaches for 2 months.  I drank and smoked pot heavily just to deal with constant pain.   If I could sue I absolutely would as this place was negligent as it gets...but I signed papers my first day which covered their butts.    Hope people reading this will seek real treatment from a Dr. or physical therapist.
