When I decided that I didn’t want to do my taxes with them and asked to return my documents, they told me that my documents were taken out of the office and would be delivered soon for me to pick up. They kept delaying and excusing not having my documents in the office. They held my documents for 3 weeks total. I couldn’t get my papers. I stressed that I would have problems with IRS for filing my taxes late, but they said that the date for filing was extended to October. That was the wrong information. The extension is only for some areas in California and I lost my money from IRS. I don’t recommend anyone leaving their tax documents with CPA.

We been clients for several years. Regina and Efi are both very attentive and helpful. They do an amazing job with financial advise, and of course taxes.

Regina took over as my accountant from my former accountant and did my taxes. I'd never met Regina and wanted to do so, also wanted ask a few questions so my bookkeeper and I could be doing things properly. I set up a meeting with Regina. We were there for 45 minutes and she billed me $150! She'd never mentioned there would be a fee to meet or for this meeting. When I called to inquire she was obstinate and showed no signs of understanding my confusion about this. When I told her I had NEVER had an accountant do this, she didn't seem to care. No sign of making a compromise. I would NOT recommend her.
