Simon aims to make you feel as comfortable as possible during what could be an otherwise very stressful process. He does his research and listens to what you're looking for. His suggestions are very insightful and he offers his point of view without pushing it on you, take it or leave it. Most importantly, he's a good person who genuinely wants to help you find exactly what you're looking for. I had a great experience working with him and I would absolutely do it again.

Ive used Simon many times. Not sure why It took me so long to write a review as Ive been using him for many years now. Whether it was to buy a house, sell my house, or just need advice he has always been there to help my wife and I out. Hes a perfect blend of experience and knowledge while young enough to keep up with the times. I wouldnt go anywhere else for your real estate needs.
