        Had to come into the store a few times, recently, to order a new phone, pick it up/ set it up, and to change the account holder on my account. Ryan was super helpful and patient with getting me all set up and making sure any questions we had were answered. He even took the time to call the company to help me get the account holder exchange process taken care of, while we were in the store. He also took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal on my phone bill and found a few ways to lower it, by quite a good amount! We never felt rushed or pressured into anything at all, with Ryan. Can't say thank you, enough!!
