        Highway robbery, their prices for shipping are far more than any other shipper. $122 to ship 6-bottles (my own packaging) to Chicago, when my other go-to place, Crown charges $36. Every time I take packages to this store its always so expensive. Im not comparing them to larger UPS or FedEx stores either, Im comparing them to a small mom and pop place like crown shipping. I understand the cost of doing business is greater in a small town too, but 6 bottles shipped to an area with hundreds of hubs, not like it a rural area, and they are charging more than double what a similar shipping company (small business in sonoma county) does. Thats too much. Do yourself a favor and plan ahead and take it some place else.

      Hi Jessie. I am sorry you feel you were taken for a ride. Our prices are based on standard pricing and markup with FedEx. It is expensive for a small business to have an ABC license and do business In downtown Windsor. We provide excellent customer service with fair prices. Additionally, volume matters. Wineries who ship with us more often get bulk discounts. We are not a large entity like some of our competitors This is like comparing a small shop on the Town Green to Kohls and other big box store. We appreciate all our amazing customers who are loyal and understanding, helping our small business survive!
