        Still waiting for my Capital One card to be reimbursed as promised by Ken for the extra day the charged me back in August. Beginning to have suspicious thoughts regarding integrity .

        This is a great place for renting a trailer. They have a wide selection of trailers (from light to heavy duty). Also, various lengths. Standard to Gooseneck. They staff is very professional as well. I tried renting from United, Hercs and other companies. They all said We dont rent that kind of trailer. BTR, I Will recommend you to all my friends or anyone that asks me for a recommendation.

      John, as you may know, we take these matters very seriously. Your rental began on Friday the 18th of August at 11:30. Your rental was for one day which means you were due back on Saturday the 19th at 11:30. You did not return the trailer on Saturday, nor did you contact us. We attempted to call you twice on Saturday. Due to this, we charged you for an additional day as you were well past the 24-hour period. Then, you did not return the trailer until 11:30am on Monday the 21st. This means you had the trailer for a total of 72 hours, and you were charged as such. No issue was brought to our attention by you at the time of return. Only 2 months later, you stormed into the main office and began yelling and cursing at our staff and demanding a refund. You felt as if you shouldn't have to pay for the third day although you had the trailer for three days. After a hostile altercation with one of our staff members, you left and said you would call back regarding the issue. No one on our staff ever agreed to any form of a refund and the contract you signed states you are liable for the rental cost for the time you had possession of the trailer.
