Don't rent here. They don't understand that a federal law trips any garbage in their lease. Half the mailboxes were vandalized in the complex. People that don't live here go through the trash and will come to dump their trash while you as a resident pay almost $50 a month for it. You've been warned. There is a reason for a 2 star

Make sure you do mail forwarding/change address when you move. I had tax documents in my mail from the previous renters and the "new" girl at the front ass, did little to no effort to forward the mail. I asked her if she could possibly find the forwarding address and so there was delay in mail returning to the sender. She said yes, took the mail, and literally walked to the mail box and dropped it in the mail.Bum work. When I walked in the front office she was just sitting staring off like counting down the time to close.If Jessica was there I know she would at least put some effort into it.

If this was a review for the management only, I would give more stars between Jessica, front office, and John, Sr. Maintenance. These two are great and easy to work with. Overall though this property needs some serious clean up. Update to my original review^^. The parking here is ridiculous and unsafe. People park in the fire lanes and in front of fire hydrants. Suggestion. My provide parking pass to individuals that have more than one vehicle in their household. People that have a garage assigned connected to the apartment buildings automatically have two spaces, the garage plus the space right in front of the garage. Theres been one car parked in front of a garage with a flat tire that hasnt moved in over 6 months, it collecting spider webs and debris. Not a good sight to see. The passes will also help eliminate any cars being stored here and fair parking for resident paying luxury rent.

We visited the complex on Monday. We received a comprehensive tour of the community, the leasing lady was very professional and genuine which is rare nowadays. All our queations have been promptly addressed. We loved the property and we asked to be added on the 2 bedroom with garage list.

The rent keeps increasing. Most of the amenities are broken and have been broken for months. Their is dog poop everywhere, and the manager Jessica is the meanest most rude lady I have ever met. Do your job and stop harassing people who live here.
