John Pagani is an exceptional real estate broker/agent. He far exceeded our expectations. I honestly felt like we were his only clients through the selling process of our house, and even though we knew he had many commitments and a business to run; for us it was a great testament to the time and commitment he devoted to us. We appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and marketing skills he demonstrated. Immediately after we signed the contract he had a photographer out to take pictures and did a virtual tour of our home. The virtual tool is the most cutting edge and innovated marketing tool we have seen used in real estate. John guided us in every step of the selling process and he constantly reminded us not to worry too much, that he would handle everything, and so he did! He made all required arrangements and took care of the process from beginning to end by getting in touch with the homeowners association, escrow company, termite inspection, home inspection, moving company, etc. thus making the whole real estate transaction as painless as possible. The best part of the whole selling process was he got us a great price of our house and closed escrow in 30 days!! I HIGHLY recommend John (Wallstreet Realty) to anyone looking to sell or buy. Working with John Pagani and Wallstreet Realty was amazing. As a mortgage broker, I get to work with many real estate professionals, but I do have to say that Wallstreet Realty is top notch!
