        I arrived at 12 and it's almost three o'clock and I'm still waiting for my turn, and I don't see many people, so why do they give appointments if they're going to take a while and let more people arrive as they arrive?

        Takes a VERY long time even with an appointment . Went for the plan B and had an appointment yet waiting 3hours like unbelievable whats the point of an appointment?????!!! They over book
