David is rude. He has no right to treat customers unkindly just because "he just got out of the hospital". He hung up on me when I set boundaries by not letting him talk to me in that matter. No. Not okay. Don't give this business your business. If he's the owner, I'm glad he's creating no revenue for himself.

Extremely disappointed in the order that was delivered. I will always want to support small businesses and I wanted to do something really grand and special for someone dear to me and what I ordered and was delivered was two extremely different things. David who I spoke with and let him know how I was disappointed and instead of being remorseful he was defensive and made the conversation uncomfortable and awkward and yes he did give me credit back which I appreciate but the way he handled it was poorly. Ive gone to Scottys for years and years this is a let down. Customer Service is key and if it was handled with more grace I would have respected it a lot more.
