Ordered flowers around 10 am (2 orders) and I e-mail to check the status of my orders, but they state they have been trying to contact me. I provided my e-mail and phone number and never received any notification for either order. Poor follow-through. I recommend e-mailing customers if they can't get a hold of customers via phone.

With all respect, we received the order at 1:17 PM from there we try more than 3 times to contact you by phone wish we think is faster specially for same day delivery. With all the orders that we were taking at the time that you place yours we thought that it would it be faster but I guess not. Now on holiday we don't delivery outside the Whittier area but we were willing to take car of yours even though it was for Lakewood. So you just not give us enough time for the delivery knowing that it was Mother's day week. So I'm sorry but your lying regarding the time you place your order and we have record if you need it. And that's the reason we were trying to call you instead of emailing you. Also another reason for none delivery is that without the CVV of the credit card we were unable to charge your order. I Met Eric the Owner for the first time, he definitely has my Business. I went to Amigos Flowers solely on the reviews I read, and there are totally true. He is Very personable, professional, informative and has reasonable prices. I highly recommend. And the Roses look GREAT!!!! Thank you Eric.
And my Mom Loved them
