I will never forget coming here about three years ago and getting a "recruiter", a latina, who was being trained on the spot and was asking me questions off of a notebook. Really? She struggled to keep up, struggled to pronounce big words, and kept gagging at how nervous she was. LITERALLY. What was supposed to be a 40 minute process took almost 3 hours because of this recruiter. And it ended on a good note, if I can call it that because that's how it seemed. They made promises, congratulated me, said that there was tons of work available...and then ghosted me for a month before texting me that they had work...an $11/hour job at an assignment where a full 40 hour week wasn't guaranteed. I just never forgot about this experience... There were three other more knowledgeable recruiters there who were going through applications, responding to phone calls and emails quickly, giving applicants their weekly checks in a timely manner...and yet, there I was being slowly tended to. I understand that people need to experience their job when it comes to training, but please do not put new recruiters to handle new applicants. I've heard from numerous people who came here after that they experienced this same issue.

Very unprofessional, have gone out to 2 interviews that I was sent to by them and I always get told Ill get back to you in regards to how your interview went. Both times I have not gotten a call, text or message. This second time Ive been calling, emailing and texting and I get no reply, no one ever answers the phone. Even left voicemails and NOTHING. Recruiter that is helping me is Valeria. Definitely do not recommend.
