**BE WARNED**
Steer Clear. This is an official warning to and for this salon. I have a pending legal complaint against Anadela due to physical and emotional damage as an onset from the butchery Anadela performed on my hair. As any woman who feels compelled to improve her appearance through cosmetic enhancement, having my hair done was once a pleasurable experience. It was ME time. A moment to disconnect from the responsibilities of parenting and career. My experience with Anadela has completely destroyed my hair to an irreparable place. I WILL need to cut my hair completely due to the amount of overprocessing that was brought on by lack of knowledge from Anadela. Not only did she insult me by saying that Im unhappy with my hair because I am overweight and therefore I have undealt with insecurities, but she offered to take me to Tijuana to have a Dr. validate her claims that my hair is not damaged. She offered to treat my hair with deep conditioners. My hair is completely dead, to the last follicle. I need to shave my head completely. My scalp suffered chemical burns. Its baffling how she is so dismissive of the damage she has caused.
DO NOT SEEK HER SERVICES. Service: Hair coloring

Amazing service! I've been Connie's client for more than 20 years.  She has many years experience and does a great job. She's so knowledgeable with color and uses the best products on your hair. Wouldn't trade her for the world!

I have been going to New Look Beauty Salon for a long time,  long before Covid.  I get the best hair advice and color, I'm a Red Gurl. and during Covid I started to do it myself or did I mess that up‍. Even cutting my Bangs what is a disaster! but as soon as I came back it was like old times, Connie fixed me right back up this is the second time I did a Brazilian blowout.  I love it! I need it! if you have problems with frizzy hair a lot of thick hair do you want it to be manageable get one ! call them give them a try I recommend it highly. The girls are all friendly and they do a great job try it you'll like it anyways your old place will always take you back if you don't like it
