        Literally just called a couple minutes ago, I was asking for a quote, the person shut me down so quick, didn't want to listen to what I was trying to say. He proceeded saying he didn't want to give me a quote without seeing it, I told him, I knew what it is, but again he kept saying without trying to listen to me. If this is how they treat there customers, I don't want to give my business to them. I'll look for somebody else more professional and who actually listens to the customer.

      You called and asked me for a price to repair something mechanical which we can not do over the phone without seeing the equipment. I even told you to bring it in and we'd look at it quick and see if it's possible to get parts for that machine as we aren't a dealer for NORTHSTAR.Still willing to look at it for you, we are open from 7 to 5 Monday through Friday!
