Jim and his team helped me a lot for an accident I was in. He was willing to negotiate back and forth many times because I was not happy with the initial offer the insurance company tried to settle for. For my medical treatment, he found me great doctors to work with who I was also happy getting treatment through. Jim and his team is also very responsive and easy to talk with. They genuinely have your best interest in mind. They take the time to explain everything to you if you don't understand and talk through all scenarios and cases. Thank you Jim! Hopefully we don't have to cross paths for this reason again but if needed, I'm glad I have you to work with.

I am an attorney. I do not practice personal injury law. Jim does. I have been going to Jim on a numerous occasions over the last three years when I had questions related to personal injury. Jim is now sort of my go-to personal injury attorney. I also had the privilege of getting to know Jim due to sharing the same law school alma mater. If you have a personal injury issue, I recommend adding Jim Nguyen to the list of prospective attorneys to represent you. As long as I have known Jim, he has always been a genuine, caring, and a person who is ready to help others. Attorneys do not have necessarily have a good reputation of being honest and always doing what is best for their clients. I am very comfortable with recommending Jim to family and friends. I know that Jim will treat them fair, will fight for them, and most importantly, be honest with them. Lastly, I remember when Jim first opened his office in Westminster. I asked him why he opened his office in the heart of Little Saigon. His response was that there was not enough good lawyers representing folks in the Vietnamese community. I agree with him. There has not been many good attorneys with pedigree and honesty that is deserving of serving the Vietnamese community. I hope that Jim can change this and give this community the attorney it deserves.

I was referred to Jim's office by a close friend the day after an incident that left my car undrivable, and I am absolutely glad I reached out.I was hesitant at first because i was still in shock, but Jim was clear and to the point, answered my concerns, and gave me options to weigh. Within the day, his office started working on my case, gave me a run down of what the process was going to look like, and set me up with their recommended doctors. Unfortunately, my case took long to resolve because of unresponsive insurance staff. Thankfully, Jim's team was on top of it, giving me updates as they came. I have never been in this situation before, but I know I would have been in a world of hurt if I went after the insurance alone. Looking at all the work that happens behind the scenes makes me grateful that I reached out to Jim.
