Planned Parenthood - Westminster Health Center

Nurses here are attentive and very kind. The receptionists are also great and the atmosphere here is very welcoming. They had me all caught up with testing and are very transparent with what theyre doing, etc. This location is awesome!

Came today for a visit to address 2 health issues but was told can only be seen for one thing when I'm already here and had made it clear when i made the appointment that I had 2 issues to be seen for. If I'm already in office why should or do I need to come back. Also why should I jqve to leave my primary care office and go to urgent care when I am already here having issues.. Just gonna switch Dr today always have had issues with planned parenthood actually should have switched a long time ago. But now I have. 2nd time coming to this office for this problem should have been sent or referred to a specialist before it got this bad before now. So maybe this new bad experience is what I needed to finally switch from this place. Beware folks!!

Helen Hashimoto disregarded my pain in breast. Went in for possible mastitis with pain I was experiencing for the past 2 days. She told me it was not mastitis and nothing was wrong. An hour later my breast was in extreme pain, I developed a fever and body aches along with redness on my breast. Had to go to an urgent care to get antibiotics to treat me for something she could've done prior. So disappointed in her practice and this facility.

they really told me i couldnt get abortion after having appointment . thought we was allow to have sat with our bodies . people be careful turns out we cant have abortion in california anymore !
