        Such a bad experience, we always shop at Macys and never had a situation like yesterday evening around 4:30pm. I only wanted to purchase two face towels which I hand it over to the cashier as usual used our Macys card to pay. We were walking away and looking at the bill it was only billed for one item but she put both face towels in the bag. Took the receipt back to the counter and try to tell her looks like she have only charged us for 1 item. She pretty much started blaming on me that she never do this and I have to stay in the line to get the other item charged again. I mean if she did it correctly in the first place I dont have to come back. It was very disappointing the lack of customer service knowledge she had that she didnt even apologize for her mistake but keep saying its inconvenient for the once in the line that I had to show her mistake. I hear the cashier next stile was very rude to another client too. The store was very empty maybe because of the poor customer service they provide.
