I highly recommend First American Sr. Escrow Officer, Gigi DeWames' service. I never met Gigi. When I interviewed several Title+ Escrow companies, then found First American for their competitive rate. I searched Sr. escrow officers under First American in the West LA area, had talked to several officers. Gigi impressed me with her thorough response, prompt following up at my initiate interview. If you knew how busy Sr. escrow officers usually were, Gigi was exceptionally attending. I had a good feeling about her. When my prior escrow with Escrow the West failed out, I move my case to First American, with Sr. Escrow Officer Gigi DeWames at Westlake Village. Unlike Escrow The West company made many human errors on documents, nor like their Sr. officer who handled my case never answered my calls after initiate introduction. Gigi prepared documents precisely well, she made no human errors, and when I received the package from her which was marked with blue ink; it was easy to follow like 1-2-3. Gigi has a lot of experience in her fields, so she spared me from doing extra works. When Gigi gave me a heads-up, told me that my husband's notary might not be accepted, but she asked me no need to do anything yet. She had a plan, but she wanted me to be a little patience. A few days later, I received good news from her. Brush clearance, 9A report, title reports and taxes were other vital components that I will recommend Gigi's service. It takes a very veteran officer to perform flawlessly. Within the process, Gigi never lacked off communication with me( the seller), with the buyer, sometimes with us both. When she can't do it for me, Gigi would give me the phone number to call, i.e. the city, the Title officer, etc. Finally at closing, before Gigi was ready to have her financial department to wire me the proceeds; she called me to double confirmed the wire procedure. I praised her. A stitch in time saves nine; if wired to the wrong beneficiary, who knows how much extra works to undo the mistake, right? The whole nine yards, Gigi had been devoted to every detail in the escrow process. I had done it( to sell and closed), because of her, Gigi DeWames.
