Horrible support, I've had well over 100 crashes in the last 6 months. They don't respond to support tickets or call you back. Very basic feature like copy and paste for some menus don't work. Sometimes on boot up it takes 10 to 15 minutes before the program even opens. Bidmagic never does maintenance on the logs causing the program to bottle neck and hardly work. We burn 3 times the time it should take to get a proposal done. Stay far away from this software.

Do not get his product. It takes a long time to get to a place where you can get quotes out successfully. It's been 2 months and I still can't get quotes out efficiently... You will run into error after error and tech support DOES NOT call you back. The major things they offer never work. By the time I finally recognized that the software is garbage, it was too late to cancel.
