I've FINALLY found the perfect groomer for my 8 month old Yorkie! Jose was amazing and did a fantastic job. He knew EXACTLY the cut I was looking for and executed perfectly. The prices are fantastic and we didn't have to wait all day like those " other" establishments. My Pup was in and out in a 1.5 hr. I will be back and spreading the word about his services! Thank you Jose and a special "THANK YOU" to his beautiful wife who recommended him to me!!

I have been coming here for years ever since you guys opened for my dog Harley. You know me! You have always charged 75 dollars for wash and haircut, but today I had a bad experience with 2 of your employees who randomly changed it to 100 dollars! I told them to check the computer system to see what they previously charged me and they claimed the last time I was here was years ago! (In reality I had been here about 3 months ago)... They did not seem to care, and it seemed like they almost wanted me to cancel my appointment. I am not sure if they are new employees but it was on September 9th at 11:30 AM. Hopefully corporate can fix this, and I can get in contact with them.

They should stop selling bully sticks. They arent really good or safe for dogs. My dog had one and cut her mouth open and was bleeding horribly and had to go to the emergency.
