        Great agent!   I was honestly on the verge of leaving Allstate as another local office completely messed up my policy and billing.  However, I transferred to Steve Udell's office and I'm so happy I didn't give up on Allstate.  Steve offers the service and care that recognizes the value of long term customers(20 years).  Thank you Steve for fixing the mess made by the other office and finding ways to save us money, as well.
