Service department they're not helpful at all

REALLY A ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hyundai Westlake service department is a disaster. I made my appointment and was very clear as to the problem. Even brought the SERVICE BULLETIN with me and it states what to do. I also told the rep that I was going to wait for the car, since they no longer provide rentals. It was clear that no one glanced at my issues before I arrived, as I was told they were backed up in service and they would need my car for 2-3 days. Service manager also said he had cars there since February, today is March 20, that they havent gotten to. It sure would have been nice for the phone rep to tell me this before I wasted time and mileage driving there. Service advisor could care less that I'd made the drive for nothing and told me check with another dealer to see if they could take care of the problem. Im your customer and your sending me to competitors. This department is clearly an afterthought at this location. Avoid Westlake Hyundai if you think they will take care of their customers.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Blandon, our sales rep was 5+ stars as well. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. My daughter already plans to buy her next car from Blandon. Thank you for the smooth process and the wonderful service.

Let me share my experience with this dealership. I was shopping for a Tuscon Hyprid and found the car I was looking for on their websight. I spoke with the salesperson on Monday after lunch to confirm they had the car I wanted. I Asked him to run the numbers on a three year lease or sixty month purchase with all of the details. The salesperson said he would and get back to me. I did not hear back the rest of that day or the following day. I placed two messages with the salesperson the next day and did not hear back. Finally I received a text saying the car was sold. That was it, did not ask if he could help me any further with another vehicle. Feel this was very poor customer service.
