        I couldnt be more thrilled with my new bike, and even more so, with the professional and friendly service provided by Jacob. Its common knowledge that most local bike shops excel at offering a personal and superior experience to new customers. However, The Hub stands out by treating every customer as if theyre a new one, with staff members who consistently strive to earn the customers trust. A big shout-out to the entire team and especially to Jacob for being number one in service. Thank you, The Hub.

        My family and I had a fantastic time at The Hub Bike Shop. They carry high-quality products, but their customer service was exceptional. We were greeted by Ethan and further assisted by Jacob. Not being well versed in the array of bikes on the market, Jacob assisted us in determining which bikes would best supplement our lifestyle, keeping in mind longevity and diversity of activities. My husband and I were super pleased with the choices we landed on and at a reasonable price. A+ spot, Im sure we will be back for any future endeavors in cycling.
