    After having them repair a moldy fixture in the bathroom and my washer machine (which has been broken multiple times) I was nicely charged a fee of $323.00. Just goes to show you another reason on why one shouldn't move in this place. Thank you Again good people of Jones & Jones. Oh and I almost forgot to mention - This was tacked onto my rent now they are threaten to evict me unless I pay the fees. Again, I am being charged for items that were moldy and broken- so please again believe all the rest of the people on these post and DO NOT MOVE HERE!

    DO NOT MOVE HERE! Do not let the move in special get you it is NOT WORTH IT!! They ALWAYS have work being done and will have trucks beeping and working at 6:30 am. The apartment doesnt take maintenance seriously you will go 2-3 weeks without a washer if its down even though you pay for in house washers. They tell you to use the on site just for them to be DISGUSTING! The bathroom moving in smelled like mildew and they STILL wont do anything other than advise me to pay for someone to look at the spare rn for possible leaks ON MY OWN. There was mold in my bathroom and it took them over 4 months to get handled. This is the WORST apartment I have very lived in in my life and I wish every person please takes their time before moving here!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

    June 2023 Update: The property management team never responded to my last email almost 6 months ago. And now that it's almost summer, I turned on the A/C and it isn't working! Shocking, I know, considering this unit has broken 4 times since we moved in and they have yet to replace it. In fact, the last response I did receive was that the unit does not need replacing and they have done everything they need to do for us and we do not deserve any compensation for the way they mishandled the situation. Maybe the unit breaking 5 times will finally warrant a response? Original review December 2022: My impression is that our rent money all funnels towards landscaping and decorating the leasing office so that potential residents have a good impression. The actual living conditions are substandard and not at all worth the money. The management team is unresponsive, rude, and incompetent. The interior of the buildings is outdated and cheap. The maintenance crew tries their best and we appreciate them but they have confided in us that the property is more interested in band-aid fixes and saving money than actually helping residents. In just over 2 years, I've had my heating system break twice (each time in the winter with my family spending more than 10 days without heat inside and no offer from management to help), the A/C broke in the dead of summer, multiple outlets have nearly electrocuted me from faulty wiring and poor installation, our dryer broke, and our washer broke shortly after that. When I finally reported the property to the city code compliance office for our broken heater, they let me know that my complaint was not the first or only open case with this property. We are saving money to move out the moment we are able to. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is the perfect example of corporate greed taking advantage of their residents. Don't rent here without reading up on your legal tenant rights first!

    This apartment is one of the WORST places to live!! They ignore your maintenance request!! They say they are making minor changes and the full apartment will be blocked every other day. ALL staff is not productive and there is always something going wrong! Every month its another hidden fee dont let the move in special TRAP YOU!! RUN dont walk if you have an appointment I say this with my soul DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

They want you to pay the rent but they dont want to complete any maintenance orders! Something is always being worked on for the actual property but not their tenants! Again do NOT let the move in special fool you save your deposit and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
