        "Dispatch" is a joke the dorki bald delivery driver try to hit on my laidy while I was in the kitchen I tryd my hardest not to laugh. And they were a month behind delivery lies after lies on the merchandise.

        I'm living Roman's story right now. HORRIBLE communication. They were supposed to deliver my sofa (also from Wayfair) on Thursday by 3pm. When 4pm rolled around, I called and they said they'd check on the status and call me back. No call. At 6pm I called back and they were unable to get in contact with the driver. The following morning I was told that my sofa never even made it onto the truck! So I waited the entire day for no reason. Delivery was rescheduled for today before 3:30pm and it's now after 4pm and they aren't answering their phone. Can't believe how unprofessional.
