Purchased a new Liberty Safe 3/28/24 and it was delivered and set up perfectly. Nick and Doug came out to complete the installation. Nick explained how everything works. I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I was with the easy purchase and installation. Both Nick and Doug were very professional and very dedicated to customer service. If you are in the market for a Safe Look No Further than Liberty Safe Of Sacramento and be sure and ask for Nick great person you won't regret your decision. You guys were awesome. Liberty Safe of Sacramento are lucky to have such dedicated employees. I would also like to mention Kevin, we had a very minor issue with the delivery date and he solved the issue and then some... The three of these guys were great.

There simply is no other place I would buy a safe. I have purchased 4 Liberty safes from Dan (owner) over a 30 year period: sales, service, warrantee have been impeccable: If I could give this business 6 stars, I would! ****** ok I did!

My husbands safe would not open with the known code all of the sudden in the midst of duck duck goose season. Those who hunt will understand the desperation for Liberty to pull thru and get his safe open ASAP!! Kevin helped me troubleshoot the lock and determined its keypad was malfunctioning and would need to get a locksmith to our home to swap it out!! it was only a few days until a locksmith arrived and got the door open and the keypad switched out. He was a nice gentleman and performed his work quickly and was gone in a flash as was my husband out to the blind! All jokes aside I really appreciate the staff at liberty for coming to the rescue!
