      • Lost Pines Tree Service

        Lack of communication is what made us not want to do business with this company. I previously spoke to the owner, told him which piece we were interested on and asked him if we could get an updated picture to see how the woodgrain looked since the picture on the website was taking a few years ago. We didn't want to purchase an expensive piece and pay alot for shipping just to end up with a large slab with alot of wood decay. I Sent him the information he needed and I have not heard back from him or any staff members. A call or simple text would be nice and I'd understand but not even that. I get it we all get busy and tied up but if you run a business, customer service is important no matter what's going on. This piece is over 5k so I guess our money isn't good enough. Too bad we couldn't do business with this company. Better communication!

        Nick and James are extremely nice guys and very helpful. Just, really pleasant interacting with them and getting their guidance. They have a LOT of wood slabs, and their prices are great!

        Nick was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate and delivered what we discussed. We bought 4 slabs. One large 11' for a table and 3 smaller slabs for headboards. They arrived well packaged and true as pictured. Great experience.

        This is my go to spot for now on when I need slabs for sure. Very friendly and helpful guys. Went out of there way so I could fit a slab in my SUV. Happy I stopped by Hunski Hardwoods.

      Hunski Hardwoods is a family owned and operated business that has been providing Hardwoods, Wood Slabs, Gun stocks, Turning Blanks, Music Wood and many more hardwood products since the early 1990's. Hunski Hardwoods prides itself in being much more than just an urban logging company. We are the actual company that goes out, finds the trees, harvests and mills them in house on our 9 Dedicated Slabber Lucas Mill or 67 WM1000. We specialize in salvaging and repurposing urban logs, including those rare 9 wide logs, with an emphasis on Walnut.
