        Tha place it's dirty,shower don't work ,the window don't lock,it's no clean I don't know how the radisson quality license work but this place it's UNSAFE ugly place

        The room was horrible. Dirty, broken ac/heater, tv remote was taped together, phone didn’t work bare light bulb in ceiling place was dark, had a bad odor. I felt like I needed a shower after being in the room for less than 5 minutes. I didn’t even go look in the bathroom was too fearful to look. This definitely was not Radisson quality and the pictures on line are no where near what I saw. I was fortunate enough to find another hotel. The front desk person Natalie was awesome and so was the general manager Jeanie. I do understand the new portion is not open yet as of 10/25. Hopefully that old part can be leveled and start anew. West Sacramento needs some good quality hotels.
