DO NOT WORK HERE. Temp Bid Coordinator. ****Hayward, CA (location)**** Commercial senior project manager Jose has poor leadership skills, publicly degrades and humiliates others, and is overall a cowardly, blatant liar. Dont let his friendly facde fool you. On my last day, after a disagreement between admin Adonica, I held a conversation in regards to my performance for feedback or commentary with Jose. Earlier that day, I emailed the CFO and offered to support the accounting dept (if possible & only with Joses consent) in hopes of career management efforts from ProFloors. After informing Jose of the aforementioned, although I could visibly tell Jose took personal offense to my attempts at career advancement, we cleared the air & Jose assured me everything was fine and my position (although temporary) was still secure. This conversation was at my lunch time. Minutes before end of day (hours after Jose left) agency rep calls informing me of assignment termination. Rick (CEO) & Lisa (CFO) complicit in enabling hostile work environment as long as Jose is adding to the bottom line. Commercial dept admin Adonica, although courteous, has no official title nor official management expertise or training, also lacking in professional written communications. Commercial dept is unorganized and operating with inefficient/obsolete systems yet somehow wonder why any support (being new bid coordinator, or internal interim support) to the dept is not able to get duties done. I also got the vibe admin was threatened by my performance and so did not take the time to properly train me (but this is just my opinion) Commercial dept project managers are wasting their vast potential if they stay, I would personally only use ProFloors as a stepping stone and maneuver strategically under Joses tyrannical supervision. Customer service team and HR team, especially Christina were all welcoming and sweet. Avoid this place at all costs. Added details on Yelp review. (To sac ProFloors: I will gladly remove this post once the Hayward location has an accurate Google business listing up. For the meantime, it would be a disservice to all professionals entering employment with that location without a prior warning.) Updated 3/25/2024: I addressed CEO, CFO & Jose in an email in regard to my unexpected/ unjustified termination. Instead of responding to me amicably when this incident occurred, two weeks later- as a means of retaliation, ProFloors had my Yelp review taken down & also complained to the agency about it. This is not an HR issue, its a company issue. Professionals, beware. Stay clear from this organization.

I have used ProFloors three times now and they have been incredible. I had short time lines and they turned my units so fast. I really appreciate my customer service rep Randi. She is always willing to to help and takes my call at all times of the day. Great Service
