Decided to treat my Gram to an early Christmas present and got her carpets cleaned by these guys. Very professional. They were fast, friendly and did a great job with some very bad stains she had acquired over the years. Can't wait for Christmas at Gram's!

I had some dark areas near the edge of my carpet. The first person would just glaze over it like any other area. When they switched, the other person I noticed would do short moves to try and work out the stain when he did an area. I understand that the stain may not come out, I just expected their attention to the matter and attempt to try and lighten the stain as the second person did. So, I had them come back to try and go over those stains that the first guy brushed over (just a few little sections). When People's Carpet Care came back, they were not friendly at all. Since they already charged me for the initial visit, coming back was like a huge inconvenience. They don't stand behind their work. Customer service goes out the door after they get paid. I will never use them again!
