        Extremely prompt; no waiting, no lines, in & out and on my way to Enterprise. Service gets done quickly and I can swap rental with my Rivian to check out fast.

        Good experience overall but really long wait. Experienced only fit and finish issues since delivery so the delay wasn't problematic and understand Rivian is still starting up. It took 3+ months for this visit. Technicians took care of all issues which in about four days. Good communication from the center and I was provided an Enterprise rental of similar SUV class. Would I purchase Rivian again? Yes.

        Had a great experience from demo drive to delivery. Paul was very informative and did a great job guiding us through the vehicle features. He helped us feel ready to take our Rivian home in less than 45 minutes and our vehicle (R1S) was in fantastic condition! Thanks Sacramento SC!
