The service is quick and good. Walk-in is acceptable and no need to wait after work time. The doctor is very caring and sweet.

Really great experience. Shorter wait than expected, doctor was very professional- she explained all of our options and gave us recommendations, and immediately prescribed us the necessary meds. Thank you!

Doctors are so sweet & helpful here! Never been to an urgent care & had a + experience, but this spots fantastic. If you can, just check in online beforehand to avoid a potentially long wait.

Moved here recently from NY and needed a medication refill which has been difficult because there's a long waiting list for most providers in West Hollywood. I was first met with a warm smile by the receptionist and then followed by a fast and efficient sign in process. I was then seen by Dr Briana who was absolutely amazing! Rarely does a doctor go above and beyond to make sure a patients needs are met. She also personally gave me options for providers that would be fitting for my needs. So happy I was able to find the best urgent care in LA!!!
