I followed Jojo to this studio after getting my first two pieces done by her at a different location, and tattoo #3 was just as great an experience as Id expect. Her work is flawless, incredibly precise yet beautifully nuanced. (She is a perfectionist after my own heart.) I was a little nervous going in to get my sternum tattoo, but her gentle and professional attitude immediately set me at ease. She took into account the quirks of my body and tailored the design to look perfect on me. The studio itself is very clean and relaxed, with awesome music! Im a fan for life. I've gotten 2 tattoos now by JOJO and I absolutely love them both. She is also very sweet, with the most gentle touch. If your looking for an artist that has fine line details be sure to check her out. I drove about 6 hours to see her each time and it was well worth it. I highly recommend JOJO

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at PlayInk, specifically with Jojo. After much research I selected Jojo for her attention to fine details with her mandala work. I presented her with an inspiration floral moon which she created a beautiful design for me. The template she printed, i LOVED and approved... then when it came time to tat, during the tattoo SHE decided without my consent to add more flowers to the top of the design that should have been a plain minimalist line . When i asked her why she did not follow the agreed upon design, she replied, "I thought the top of the moon was too plain so i added more flowers." I told her, respectfully, she should not change a design once a customer agrees to it without asking. Now, the tat that doesnt look like a moon is stuck on me forever! She offered most of my money back but not all of my money. I feel her actions warrant a full refund but was told she could not return the entire payment. I'm not sure what she was thinking that day to do that and hope she does not do that to another customer again. I would be reluctant to utilize this location, or at least Jojo and if you decide to do so, go forward with caution.
