We love Shoeis sushi!!! And his wonderful wall art celebrating the art of jazz; his refined and witty clientele; and only wish to have him open a restaurant in Las Vegas where we now live. We fly back here just to eat at Ajisai!!!

They have been here forever. And there is a reason for that - some of the freshest sushi you can find. The owners are lovely people. And they cut no corners - if the fish they find that day isn't up to their standards they simply won't put it on the menu. You never know what kind of fish they may have on any one day. I go twice a week sometimes. All their cooked food is fantastic as well. Awesome all the way around.

My favourite sushi place to eat in LA. cozy atmosphere, great tasting sushi (much better than other places in the area ) and very friendly staff . Highly recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic food, people (staff and clientele), atmosphere. Very homely, not stuffy, fresh and tasty food at good value for WeHo. Will be back many times. Loved it.
