Jefferson is a hardworking professional individual. He not only found us a home but also a geat tenant. He worked tirelssly to accomplish this goal. He was updating us daily on the progress and keeping tabs on the escrow to see that there were no unexpected snags anywhere. He made sure that he was the guiding light and not the decision maker. Jefferson has so many assets, it would take a full article to describe those. Suffice it to say that having him for our realtor made this often difficult journey an extremely smooth one. This was my first home-buying experience and I can't recommend Jefferson enough. He was so kind and patient, walking us through the full process, answering any and all questions and was always available to come see properties we were interested in. Once we chose our home, he helped tremendously with the negotiations, inspection and closing process which can be a confusing and complicated time. Jefferson is a true professional and I'm so happy I can also now call him a friend!
